Gigahearts is committed to your happiness and we want you to love the products you purchase from us. However, we know that from time to time you might need to return an item. Please review the policies below, and if you have questions or would like to initiate a return/refund, please write to info@gigaheartsfx.com
Warranty Policy
GIGAHEARTS LIMITED provides a three-year transferrable warranty on all guitar pedals. If for any reason your pedal develops a fault, please contact us to discuss, and where possible provide a detailed description and photograph.
To return a pedal under our Warranty Policy and outside of the Standard Returns Policy, firstly please write to info@gigaheartsfx.com to raise a support ticket.
When a return has been agreed, please sent the pedal securely packaged using a tracked and insured delivery service. In the instance that you are returning from outside of the UK, it is normal that a customs document should accompany the shipment. For the purposes of the return, please state clearly on the document that the shipment contains guitar electronics for warranty return, and mark the value as zero (or as low a value as is permitted). If a higher value is entered, any customs fees incurred will be liable to the customer.
User Damage
Should the pedal be found to have suffered user damage, including but not limited to; incorrect power supply, modification, impact damage, liquid or foreign object ingress etc. GIGAHEARTS at its discretion will provide a fair market quotation for making the appropriate repairs. Currently our bench fees are £30 per hour, plus parts at cost price. In this instance all postage costs must be covered by the owner. Repair work will be undertaken once both parties have agreed on a course of action and the quotation is accepted.
Standard Returns Policy
GIGAHEARTS LIMITED offers 14 calendar days from delivery of merchandise on products purchased within which time you have the right to cancel your order following receipt and inspection of the product(s).
You must make contact with us within that 14 day period to inform us if you intend to rmake a return, and following from the date you inform us you then have a further 14 days to return the pedal. If you decide to return an item, it must be sent by a tracked and insured postal service at your cost as no refunds will be provided for items determined lost in the post without tracking and insurance details. Returned items must contain all shipping, packing, documentation and "case candy" material(s) and be in an "as new" and resaleable condition. Our Shipping fees, any fees for import duty, local taxes or customs processing fees will not be refunded,
When inspecting the product(s) we appreciate that you will want to playtest and hear the sounds produced, and ensure compatibility with your setup. However, be careful to not modify, soil, or otherwise damage the product. GIGAHEARTS LIMITED reserve the right to make up to a 50% deduction from any refund amount or reject the return where any product is deemed to be soiled, damaged, used or not in a re-saleable condition.

Note: due to the "custom" nature of commissioned projects via the Gigahearts Custom Shop, we have a differing returns policy. Any returned unwanted Custom Shop item will be subject to a "restocking" fee of 60% of the cost of the order. Return shipping is at the expense of the client and a tracked insured service is recommended. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of goods in a re-saleable condition as per the standard policy above.
This returns policy is considered additonal, and does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or disputed goods.
Rejected Returns
Products posted for return later than 14 days after receipt of your order will be rejected.
Rejected returns will be held for a period of 7 days from the customer being notified of the rejected return within which time the customer should arrange for the item to be collected or make payment of a delivery charge for the item to be returned to them.
Faulty Products
In the case of products believed to be faulty please contact us with as detailed description of the fault as possible, and where applicable a photo of the fault. GIGAHEARTS LIMITED will then advise on the course of action to be taken.
A repair, replacement or refund will only be offered after the product has been inspected by GIGAHEARTS LIMITED and only if GIGAHEARTS LIMITED deem that the product is faulty due to defective workmanship or materials and their decision is final. If we deem that there is no fault with the product and any damage is due to misuse, neglect, lack of care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear then the return of the product to you will be subject to a delivery cost.
